in the future? Succession planning is a process to ensure an organization's continued success by having
the right people in the right places at the right times. A succession plan identifies and analyzes key
positions, assesses personnel, creates individual development plans, and designs a Succession Action
Plan. This workshop will define the steps needed for succession planning to help design a process for
building leaders from within an organization.
